As part of our experience of quality building we were fortunate enough to collect a number of house of the year awards.
The Gold Award in the Registered Master Builder Placemakers 2005 Auckland House of the Year for excellence in building in the $300,000 to $400,000 category.
"It's such an easy house to live in," the owners said.
